
While we certainly don't want to be the biggest Mystery Shopping Company, we will strive to be the best. We plan to continue taking on new clients and developing partnerships and relationships with all of our valued clients.
2010 will also see further development of our website and we will be introducing web-reporting services later in the year.
As always, we will be working closely with our clients to develop new products and services to help them reach their ultimate goals.
By the end of 2010 we hope to have increased our team of Mystery Customers by another 25% and to have successfully introduced new office practices to further reduce our paper usage.
