With a passion for exceptional customer service, Above Benchmark opened its doors for business in Queensland Australia in 2002.  Our original goal was to work closely with Qld based businesses to develop Customer Service Strategies for our unique market. It became obvious that businesses Australia wide wanted to benefit from working with a company that offered a more personalised approach to this industry and we expanded our business to take on new clients nation wide.
