OUR PAST
With a passion for exceptional customer service, Above Benchmark opened its doors for business in Queensland Australia in 2002. Our original goal was to work closely with Qld based businesses to develop Customer Service Strategies for our unique market. It became obvious that businesses Australia wide wanted to benefit from working with a company that offered a more personalised approach to this industry and we expanded our business to take on new clients nationwide.
PRESENT
2008 Several of our clients implemented major changes within their companies. We spent considerable time re-designing their Mystery Shopping Programs to make them more appropriate to their changing needs.
We also increased our Team of Mystery Shoppers by over 25% giving us greater coverage Australia wide.
2009 saw us introduce a minimal paper policy into our offices and we mainstreamed a lot of our processes to effectively reduce our paper usage. We partnered with more retail clients and increased our team of shoppers to keep up with our growth.
2010 was a great year for growth with more new national clients and we almost doubled our existing Mystery Shopping team. As well as Mystery Shopping we also organised shopper survey projects to get right to the heart of consumer trends. During the year we were also accepted by the elite worldwide Mystery Shoppers Providers Association for its Asia-Pacific division.
2011 is off to a great start already. We've begun increasing our team of proofreaders and schedulers to keep up with the demand of new clients.
July 2011- We are very excited to announce we have successfully launched our on-line web reporting platform! The response has been fantastic and we are so proud to have such a user friendly yet powerful reporting system.
OUR FUTURE
While we certainly don't want to be the biggest Mystery Shopping Company, we will strive to be the best. We plan to grow and develop as a company by partnering with new clients while also exceeding our existing clientele’s expectations.
