Above Benchmark is an Australian business.  We are situated in Queensland Australia at the bottom of Tamborine Mountain about ½ way between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
We are passionate about good customer service and helping like minded businesses who want to be a leader in their field. We specialise in designing and implementing unique Mystery Shopping Programs for our clients.

OUR PAST
With a passion for exceptional customer service, Above Benchmark opened its doors for business in Queensland Australia in 2002.  Our original goal was to work closely with Qld based businesses to develop Customer Service Strategies for our unique market. It became obvious that businesses Australia wide wanted to benefit from working with a company that offered a more personalised approach to this industry and we expanded our business to take on new clients nationwide.  
 
 
PRESENT
This year we had several of our clients undergo major changes within their companies.  We spent considerable time re-designing Mystery Customer Programmes to make them more appropriate to our clients changing needs. 
We also increased our Team of Mystery Customers by over 25% giving us greater coverage Australia wide.  
2009 also saw us introduce a minimal paper policy into our offices and we mainstreamed a lot of our processes to effectively reduce our paper usage.
 
 
 
OUR FUTURE
While we certainly don't want to be the biggest Mystery Shopping Company, we will strive to be the best.  We plan to continue taking on new clients and developing partnerships and relationships with all of our valued clients. 
2010 will also see further development of our website and we will be introducing web-reporting services later in the year.
As always, we will be working closely with our clients to develop new products and services to help them reach their ultimate goals.
