We all know the importance of thoroughly interviewing a person before we employ them.  But why should it stop there? 

There is so much more important information that can be gathered from interviewing someone.  Whether they are or have been a customer or client of yours; they probably have some valuable opinions about your company, products and services. 

Usually the most interesting collection of data regarding your company comes from the people who know it the best- your employees.  Interviewing your current or past employees can tell you a lot about your company, your staff, your customers and the position they held. 

A simple survey uses predominantly Yes and No questions and can be completed with a click of a mouse, while an Interview calls for more detailed answers and explanations and they are conducted by an Interviewer.
